Thank you so much for the warm welcome! Unfortunately, the pool was not working, but these are typical time restrictions of the authorities of Cyprus. The host allowed a later than the specified time because we had a night flight. This is very valuable ❤️

Communication with Tetyana was very good throughout their stay. I was able to allow them early access to the apartment, and they were very pleased. I also allowed them to stay without charge the whole of the check-out day because they had an evening flight from the airport. Unfortunately pool opening times are a bit random, with the municipal authorities sometimes just closing even private pools because of unworkable lifeguard rules. We spent a delightful week in early June, staying in this well appointed apartment in Latchi.
The apartment had everything we needed and is perfectly located looking over the attractive harbour of Latchi.
A good range of excellent restaurants are just 5 mins away from the apartment. No need to get in the car to search for dinner!
The apartment also has access to a super swimming pool.
The terrace at the front has space for sun-bathing with relative privacy.
In summary this a comfortable apartment in an attractive and well appointed corner of Cyprus.
Unreservedly recommended.
There is good parking in the complex

We spent a lovely week at Richard’s apartment in April this year, after three days at a wedding in Pafos. Arriving at this delightful, well-equipped and comfortable apartment was relaxing, and we loved it!
There are guide books, novels and snorkel gear to borrow. Situated at the back of a small, quiet complex with easy parking, we enjoyed using the kitchen and private terrace, which has views to the ocean and mountains to the west. It was a bit early in the year to use the sea or residents private pool, however, it is available to guests and well looked after. The food shops are very useful, local people friendly and the restaurants face the marina. Boats used for trips to the Blue Lagoon etc. are within easy reach on foot too.
We loved Latchi, Polis and the Akamas peninsular, using our hire car for longer journeys east too, up into the Troodos Mountains and Tillaria wilderness. The ancient monasteries are fascinating (selling wine and honey!) ancient sites at Pafos and Kourion well worth a trip.
Richard is a great host and quick to respond. This apartment comes highly recommended.
